Case Study:
North Shore Memorial Park

North Shore Memorial Park engaged Sojo Design to lead a thoughtful modernisation of their facilities, and we were proud to be enlisted to deliver the flooring transformation. Our scope included the back office, chapel entry, chapel, hallway, and media room — refreshing each space to create a contemporary environment that respects the park’s serene setting.

What we did

We prepared the substrate using a floor levelling compound to rectify uneven surfaces throughout the chapel and office areas.

A full feather-finish skim coat was applied to all vinyl plank areas, followed by the installation of new commercial vinyl planks throughout the reception and back office areas, in accordance with AS/NZS 2455.2:2007 New Zealand Flooring Standards.

We also installed Belgotex Aspect commercial carpet tiles in the colour “Colonial Maple” throughout the chapel entry, chapel, bathroom hallway, and media room areas, in compliance with AS/NZS 2455.2:2007 New Zealand Flooring Standards.
